How to use Monovo
Ten short walkthroughs for the things people use most. Walkthroughs 1–5 cover the everyday basics; 6–10 go a little deeper. Take them one at a time — there's no rush.
Walkthrough 1 of 10
Add a bill by snapping a photo
- 1Open Bills and tap the bill scanner.
- 2Take a photo of a paper bill, or pick a screenshot or PDF.
- 3Check what Monovo read — provider, amount and due date — and fix anything that looks wrong.
- 4Tap save. The photo isn't kept, and blurry scans that can't be read don't use up your allowance.

Avalanche or snowball: pick a debt plan
- 1Add each debt with its balance, interest rate (APR) and minimum payment.
- 2Open the payoff plan on the Debts page.
- 3Avalanche pays the highest interest rate first — usually the cheapest overall.
- 4Snowball pays the smallest balance first — quicker wins to keep you motivated. Either beats minimums only.

Organise your Home screen
- 1Tap the arrow next to any section title to fold it down to a single line. Tap again to open it.
- 2Tap ⚙️ and choose Rearrange to move sections up or down.
- 3Sections with nothing to show, like Needs attention, hide themselves until they're needed.
- 4The same works on Bills, Debts and Savings, and your layout is remembered on this device.

- 2New payments wait in a list until you sort them.
- 3Tap where each belongs: bill, subscription, debt, savings or spending.
- 4Sorted one wrongly? Unsort it and pick again — balances are only counted once.

Ask the AI money coach
- 1Open AI coach from the More tab.
- 2Ask about your own figures — debts, bills, budgets or savings.
- 3It only ever sees the numbers you've added, not your identity or account details.
