Monovo is a trading name of Nursey Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13007105). Registered office: 20 Alder Close, Ilchester, Yeovil, Somerset, BA22 8GS. References to "Monovo", "we" or "us" mean Nursey Group Ltd.

Monovo is budgeting and money-tracking software. Monovo is not a regulated financial adviser and does not provide financial, investment or debt advice within the meaning of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Figures and suggestions are for guidance only. For free debt advice, contact MoneyHelper or StepChange.

Payoff plans, countdowns, forecasts, guides, calculators and reports are estimates calculated from the information you enter, using simplified assumptions. They are not legally binding. Lenders may calculate interest daily, add fees or change rates, so results can differ from your real balances.

The AI coach, haggle letters and similar features give general, automated suggestions based on your figures. They are not regulated personal financial, debt, tax or legal advice, are not reviewed by a qualified adviser, and may be wrong or incomplete. They do not take your full circumstances into account.

You decide how to use any information. Always check figures against your credit agreements and statements, and speak to your lender or a regulated adviser before making important decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Monovo is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of its estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You must be 18 or over and live in the UK. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.

• Pro: £3.99/month for the first 3 months (launch offer), then £5.99/month, or £59.90/year.
• Pro+: £7.99/month for the first 3 months (launch offer), then £9.99/month, or £89.91/year.

Prices include VAT where applicable. Card payments are taken securely by Stripe. Introductory prices renew at the standard price shown at checkout, and you can cancel any time before renewal. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

The current 7-day Pro trial does not require a card and ends without charging you. Live subscription checkout, when available, will state any automatic renewal and cancellation terms before you pay. A failed renewal marked past due keeps paid access for 3 days after the recorded period end; your saved data remains accessible after access lapses.

No live payments are currently taken. Once available, paid subscriptions will include a cancellation route and clear refund terms before checkout. Applicable UK statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected; the treatment of digital services depends on consent and when supply begins.

Bank feeds currently use Plaid's test environment with fictional transactions. Live bank access is not enabled and requires provider approval and an appropriate regulatory arrangement. Monovo records its own consent with a 90-day expiry and offers disconnect controls. Monovo cannot make payments or move money.

Vehicle reminders use dates you enter and appear when you open Monovo; check official MOT and tax records before driving. Calendar export creates a snapshot, not a live subscription. Bill scanning sends a photo for AI reading with your agreement; review all suggested fields. Monthly UK calendar allowances are 10 submitted attempts on Free, 50 on Pro and unlimited on Pro+. Uploaded photos are not saved in Monovo.

Household-service comparison links do not switch services for you, do not cover every provider and do not guarantee savings. Commercial affiliate links are labelled and may earn Monovo commission. Check the external provider's terms, fees and privacy choices before proceeding.

Don't misuse Monovo: no attempts to access other users' data, reverse-engineer security, or use the service for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

We work hard to keep Monovo accurate and available but can't guarantee it will be error-free. We're not liable for decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
